Help Men Look Sharp and Feel Confident

  • We’re looking for a personable, motivated, and service-driven Wardrobe Consultant to join our team at HENRY’s, a Midwest Clothiers company based in Des Moines, Iowa. This is a full-time, relationship-based sales role where your job is to guide, advise, and support customers in finding a style that fits their life. You’ll help men look their best, feel more confident, and actually enjoy the process along the way.

    • Help customers find the right clothing for their lifestyle, from everyday outfits to special occasions

    • Guide clients through one-on-one consultations, outfit pairings, and style advice

    • Build relationships and grow a personal client book through follow-up and outreach

    • Make calls, schedule appointments, and invite clients in for seasonal updates

    • Learn to measure and assist with fit adjustments as needed

    • Keep the store looking clean, organized, and welcoming

    • Collaborate with a team that is upbeat, dependable, and focused on helping each other succeed

    • Maintain availability for peak retail hours, including Fridays and Saturdays

    • Someone who enjoys talking to people and helping them feel more confident

    • Personal interest in men’s style; experience is a plus but not required

    • Comfortable making outbound calls and setting up personal appointments

    • Eager to learn, team-oriented, and self-motivated

    • Available to work full-time, including weekends (Fridays and Saturdays are part of the regular schedule)
